IH NOM UH NIT shows SS20: A Samurai’s Story
Milan, Italy: This season Creative Director, Chaz Jordan translated traditional Asian influences into a streetwear sense. Many celebrities are wearing Ih Nom Uh Nit including names such as:
JAY-Z, CHRIS BROWN, LOUIS HAMILTON, LUKA SABAT, J BALVIN, KYLIE JENNER, HAILEY BALDWIN, JANET JACKSON and WILL I AM.
The collection showcases monochromatic total looks including matching silk sets, modern interpretations of kimonos & Asian robes as well as creating clean bomber jackets and graphic tees adorned with intricate embroidery of koi fish, snowcapped Himalaya Mountain ranges & cherry blossoms. Boxy silhouettes echoed on shirts with drop sleeves & interesting pleated pants gave each look unique shapes.
